My career in the single-family residential lending industry has spanned more than 26 years, and I have been a commissioned loan advisor for 15 years. After working and living through two downturns in the real estate market, I have the experience to make transactions happen. My expertise is in all types of real estate transactions including Construction Loans, Construction Permanent Loans, VA, FHA, and Conventional loans. I have a personal interest in First Time Homebuyers' programs including Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), Colorado Springs City Seconds, and any additional programs that are available for first time homebuyers.
My educational experience includes a BS in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado and a Masters Degree in Accounting from Regis University. I am committed to helping buyers solve their credit issues allowing them to buy a home and improve their lifestyle. Home ownership is the key to providing a secure future for American families. - 30 days most recent consecutive pay stubs.
- Copy of most recent bank statements.
